How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
We reserve the right to send your data to any relevant agencies we select to recover overdue payments e.g. debt collection agencies. Your data can also be communicated with 3rd parties relevant to fulfilling your order e.g. payment processors and postage services.
Returns and refunds.
If a product is not to your satisfaction and we find there to be a fault with the manufacturing we will either offer a full refund or replacement. If a refund is chosen we will provide a prepaid return label and refund once we have received the product back and ascertained that the item is in the same condition that it was dispatched in.
In the event that a wrong product is sent by mistake and a replacement can be sent within the 5 working day dispatch aim a refund will not be offered and a replacement will be sent. In the event that a replacement product cannot be sent within the 5 working day dispatch period a refund or replacement option will be provided to the customer. The customer will have to return the incorrect products to us using the prepaid return label provided else will have to pay for the products received.
If the customer enters an incorrect delivery address a refund will not be offered. If the item is returned back to us via the postal service we will contact the customer and send the item again to the revised address for a flat fee admin fee of £10 + postage cost.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for any unanticipated costs that may be incurred when providing the product. e.g. Rises in postal costs, customs administrative fees, payment gateway fees for disputes or international payments.
Disclaimer.
We do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused by incorrect installation or the product becoming damaged or failing during installation.
Any payment disputes or chargebacks are subject to a £150 administration fee regardless of the outcome of the claim.
